About Paul Broerman:
Paul Broerman was the founder of Choice Comfort Services and the driving force behind the company’s growth, culture, and reputation for more than 30 years. A lifelong area resident, Paul built Choice Comfort through hard work, vision, and an unwavering commitment to serving the community with excellence in HVAC and plumbing services.
Throughout his career, Paul earned numerous licenses and certifications across the trades and was widely respected for both his technical expertise and leadership. He proudly served as President of The Air Conditioning Contractors of America Dayton Chapter from 2011–2013.
More than his accomplishments, Paul is remembered for the way he led, with integrity, humility, positivity, and genuine care for both employees and customers. He was a mentor, a visionary, and the heart of Choice Comfort, creating a culture that continues to reflect his values today.
Paul resided in Troy with his wife, Amy, and daughters, Anna and Maria. His legacy lives on through the company he built, the people he inspired, and the community he loved.
