We contacted them on an emergency basis to replace our water heater which was leaking carbon monoxide and natural gas. They gave us a window in the afternoon to come look at it but called again with an earlier opening which was much appreciated. Jimmy came and gave us a competitive quote and advised he could do the installation same day. He completed the job quickly and was very professional. We would recommend them to anyone.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality I had to schedule a service call because we had a sewage smell in our dining room and Jimmy and Will quickly diagnosed that the cast iron pipe under our kitchen floor had rusted out. Over multiple days, they removed our sink, cabinet and flooring to find the rusted pipe and replace it with a PVC pipe. They kept me informed the entire time and answered all my questions and left me with the confidence that fixing my plumbing issue was their top priority. Jimmy went the extra mile to help me with my situation. On installation day, he was on time, professional, efficient, and answered all my questions. His helper was also great. Due to my positive experience above, I called them for my geothermal air conditioning issue recently. As before, they were very responsive. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Our house has a well and it stopped working today. We called Choice and they sent Jimmy and an apprentice out to troubleshoot within a few hours. Now, the same day, we have a new well pump and running water again. Super thankful for their team's prompt and professional service today. Thanks!

Called them at around 10 am and by 11 am Jimmy showed up to take care of my water softener issue. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly he arrived. David and Jimmy installed a gas line to my kitchen for a new gas range being delivered the next day. They were very professional and did an outstanding job! They cleaned up after themselves and even took the electric range to the garage for me! I highly recommend this company and these plumbers!!!
